Her yoga studio also offers specialized prenatal yoga, health and wellness consultation as well. The main motto of Dr. Shyamala Prasad is to spread the practice of yoga as a holistic healer. The first trace of her student’s underlying health condition is counselled and only after that she assigns them yoga practices that suits their physique and health.
