Ma’am during the class after the 4th glass of water had to rush to the washroom. It was like flush tank kind of an experience. Post 5th glass of water, some of the water came out, it wasn’t the food or anything but the saline water through mouth. Again after finishing the entire I guess another 2-3 glasses, there was a flushing out experience. Stomach felt like a sponge which for many days I experienced like a hard something.
